Shipping Policy

At Binmiraj, orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after being placed on our website.

We use TCS COD as our primary courier service for deliveries across Pakistan.

Important Note

• Under COD (Cash on Delivery) rules, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made to the courier.

• You may only return the order after full payment and confirming receipt with the delivery person.

• For returns, please notify us after making the payment. You will then need to return the item to us at your own shipping cost for an exchange or refund.

• Kindly avoid requesting the courier to open the package before payment, as this is strictly against COD policies in Pakistan.
