Refund & Exchange Policy

At Binmiraj, customer satisfaction is our priority. Any unstitched item purchased from our online store is eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused

• All parts and accessories are included

• The item remains in its original packaging

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be accepted.

We only process returns or refunds if the product delivered is damaged. Please note that slight color variations from product images (due to lighting or screen differences) are considered normal and not treated as defects.
